This Privacy Policy applies to Mochilab rclone, a private, personal-use utility operated by the owner of mochingub.com.
Google user data accessed
Mochilab rclone requests the Google Drive drive.file OAuth permission. This permission is used so rclone can create, list, read, update, download, and delete Google Drive files that the app creates or is otherwise authorized to use.
How Google user data is used
Google Drive data is used only to perform the owner's Mochilab backup, integrity-check, retention, and restore operations. The app does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and protection
OAuth authorization data is stored locally on the owner's home server for unattended rclone operation and is protected by operating-system file permissions. It is not published on this website.
Backup content selected for encrypted off-site storage is encrypted on the owner's server before upload. Google Drive stores the resulting encrypted data.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data obtained through the app is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. The app is intended for the owner's personal use and does not provide Google user data to unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Backup files are retained only for the owner's backup and recovery needs and may be deleted according to the configured backup-retention policy. OAuth access can be revoked by the owner through the Google Account security controls.
Limited use
The app's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing the backup and restore functionality described above and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the app's use of Google user data materially changes. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
